Children and aspiring chefs entering grades 5-12 are invited to join Chef Cynthia Malik and staff at Central Arkansas' premier culinary institute, Pulaski Technical College Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Institute. Students spend five days honing skills by rotating through stations in the kitchen, learning knife skills, basic baking and pastry techniques, cooking methods, and much much more. Chef coats and hats will be provided. The chefs will feast on the nutritious meals they prepare, including breakfast, snack and lunch. On the last day of camp, students will invite two guests each; and will prepare and serve a three-course meal reflecting the skills they have learned.
