Roberson & Associates Insurance is seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR). The CSR will be able to meet client needs efficiently and accurately with a solid understanding of commercial insurance principals.

Responsibilities:
- servicing existing customers in all aspects of policy and account management
- assisting producer with the processing of new and renewal business
- maintaining accurate documentation in management system
- provide exceptional client service and efficient policy maintenance
- Arkansas Property & Casualty Insurance License
- 3 years of Commercial Insurance Experience
- Experience working in an agency management system, Proficiency in AMS360 is a plus
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Managing Outlook email inbox
- Personal Lines knowledge is a plus
- Salary commensurate with experience
